Sak Yant Tattoo Festival

Wat Bang Phra is the home of the yearly Wai Kroo festival (also known as "Master Day" and "Thai Tattoo festival"). The Wai Kroo date is decided anew every year according to auspicious dates. The ceremony begins with Luang Pi Toy performing the Korb Kroo Ceremony, and laying on the mask of Por Gae over the heads of the Devotees of Wat Bang Pra
